Ordering a Product

Paying for a MyOffice24x7 product is a fairly straight forward process, which you may start by visiting the 'Buy Licence' menu item on any product's home page. 

Before Purchasing

We suggest, that before you purchase a licence, you are certain of these following details, as no amendments or refunds can be made once a valid licence is delivered.

  • The Licence Type
    Make sure that the licence you choose is suitable for your business.
     
  • The Licensed Virtual Hostname
    The licence will only operate on the virtual hostname(s) specified during purchase, so please confirm that these values are correct.

Purchasing

  1. Once on the 'Buy Licence' page, click the 'CLICK TO ORDER' button.
  2. Fill in the licence and contact details fields as requested.
  3. Once you have submitted the form, you will be e-mailed a message containing a URL through which you will be able to pay for the product you are interested in.
  4. Once payment is confirmed by us, we will deliver the licence file to the nominated email address. Please keep this safe!


Once you have received the licence, you may install it as according to the instructions on the How To Deploy page.

Accepted Payment Methods

You may pay for any MyOffice24x7 product using PayPal. Please note that opening an account is optional if you are paying by credit card.

Customers who reside in Australia may choose to pay using direct deposit. Email finance@myoffice24x7.com for details.
